Can someone assist regarding some features that are either missing or I am unable to find

GROUPS
1. How can I create sales report for each group
2. How can I show potential and leads for each group
3. Activities for each group

Potentials
1. How can I display all closed potentials only
2. How I can display only open potentials and not ones that have been won

Any assistance will be of great help
