I have had two users who have Mac os 10.7 and Entourage 2008 have sending failures in since Wednesday (2/22/17)
It appears they can no longer connect to ssl / smtp.zoho.com / port 465.
did a certificate or ssl policy change that would cause them to no longer connect.
I verified that they can talk to other SMTP servers on 465 (smtp.gmail.com) but they will no longer work on smtp.zoho.com.
Any suggestions or options. Apparently, entourage 2008 does not work with TLS/587 as it is too old.
I am more interested in what changed vs why it does not work. I have asked the client to upgrade to newer OS and Email client, but need to know what the root cause is.
