Some CRM programs allow you to create non-exclusive groups and add accounts to them. For example:
- Group 1 (could be accounts you consider VIP, whatever)
- Group 2 (accounts you send holiday cards to)
So in this example some accounts might belong to neither, some to one, and some to both. What would be the equivalent in Zoho CRM?
I realize I could create custom fields to track these details, but I'm hoping there is some type of dynamic group function that allows me to create as many groups as I want and add/remove accounts to them?
