I have a report which looks at which promotions have been purchased. I search and filter on a custom field named “Promotion Purchased” which has a pick list. The search criteria is “Promotion Purchased Cannot be Empty.”

The problem I am having is if a “Promotion Purchased” is in an Account’s record any potential created for that account is showing up in the report even though the potential does not have anything entered in the “Promotion Purchased” field.
