Unfortunately - after re-installing the MS Widnows and consequently MS Outlook (of course - with further use of the existing data file with local folders) it always starts receiving (downloading) the whole mailbox independently on the existing (already received before re-installation) messages. It always exceeds 1 Gb and therefore the mailbox is getting locked for more than 1 day (getting "ERR Service unavailable"). In our case 5 employees are using
zapros@expert.kiev.ua and they can't work without that mail at all. We don't use the web-mail, only MS Outlook and only via POP3 - due to particularities of incoming and outgoing correspondence and processing it in team.
Please unlock our mailbox as soon as possible - we are getting great losses leaving inquiries in that mailbox without responses.
