Erratic availability of email templates
I am having trouble with the email templates. I have several set-up on our free version of Zoho along with the sample one that came with Zoho. For the last week I have been experiencing sporadic results. Sometimes the only one that w ill pop up as usable is the sample one. Other times I may get one or both of the ones I have defined. But only very, very rarely am I getting all three available at the same time. Why?
