Erratic Formatting and Editing Issues
First of all, I love Zoho and have been using Zoho Sheet primarily over the past year or two. I recently began using Zoho Writer more regularly and am having some issues that don't seem to be resolving themselves. I've tried reloading, signing out and signing in again, even using a different computer, and none of it seems to help. The problems are:
- Text from the end of the document will copy and overlay on the beginning of the document, remaining there even when I close the current document.
- A copied and pasted bulleted list behaves erratically, creating extra bullets where there should be none and deleting everything below it when I try to backspace to delete the unwanted bullet.
- Text randomly disappears or reverts to previous versions when I edit other parts of the document.
I've had to rewrite most of my document at this point and it continues to be so problematic that I'm basically at a stand-still until it's resolved. Please help! :o) Thanks in advance!
