I receive the message:
Error! Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later.

While using email and documents, it also appears with contacts sometimes. I have tried version 3.0 with service pack upgrades as well as a fresh install of 3.1. After applying the service packs or using a fresh 3.1 install I start to receive these errors. This is all on the Linux platform. The problem appears to be illegal datatype mismatches in the MySQL database:

java.sql.SQLException: General error, message from server: "Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='"|
