Error 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain
My Energy provider (Octopus Energy in the UK) can't send messages to me, they get rejected with error message "5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain". Their IP address used for customer service emails is 167.89.86.172.
Can you please make sure emails from octopus.energy or from that IP address do not get rejected anymore. They are not spam! Thank you!
