Error 554 Error code 5.7.1 and Error code 550 / 5.4.6

Error 554 Error code 5.7.1 and Error code 550 / 5.4.6

I have faced problems with bounce messages with error 554, even if there is the target mailbox, the message is returned. The mailbox is rubensneto@rfreitas.com.br 

An another error code is 550 error code 5.4.6 Mail rate exceed limit.

Please help!
