Error Code 150 <<Urgent can't receive or sent emails>>

Hi ZOHO TEAM,

I have been unable to use my account for 3 days now, getting this "Unknown Issue_Error Code 150"

Something is wrong, please help.

Account admin@arx163.com and all the rest of accounts linked to the same domain are have the same issue when using Outlook.
