Error configuring external POP Account in Zoho mail

Hello,

We're trying to connect our existing mail accounts into the Zoho Mail client under Settings > POP Accounts. We are using the same settings as are used for other mail clients (Outlook, Thunderbird), but are immediately receiving a 'Problem in connecting to mail server' message. Our mail server requires TLS for incoming/outgoing connections. At the moment, I am unsure what further steps to take to troubleshoot. I'm looking for any suggestions.

Please let me know any further information I could provide. I also administer the mail server in question, so hopefully I will know the answers to any questions. Thanks in advance for any response!
