Error converting leads in the mobile version of CRM

Error converting leads in the mobile version of CRM

I am experiencing a problem converting leads within the iPad and iPhone apps. When I enter the information and hit the convert or done button, it shows an error message and does not convert.

When I log in from a different device, it converts without a problem. Is there something I can do to fix the device I am trying to use? I have updated the software regularly and tried resetting the app on both devices and it does not work.
