Error during mass upload asks me to contact support, support don't answer...Agh!

I called support 7 times yesterday and 3 times this morning so far. They answered the first time yesterday, and not once since. I've sent the help request form with Urgent marked on it, no reply. I've emailed the callback address with urgent marked on it, not one phone call back.

ZOHO team, if this is the level of support you're going to offer businesses who are relying on your tools for their business, and are potentially LOSING business when there is an issue holding them back, I'm sure I don't need to point out you're not going to last very long as a business as people will just go across to sales force or one of your other numerous competitors.

Does anyone out there have any tricks for getting them to pick up the actual phone, I am once again tearing my hair out with these guys.
