I did all configurations exactly as it says in forums to configure outlook mail in receiving mail from zohomail using POP3 or IMAP, but it keeps saying that zohomail server rejected my logon -ERR Authentication Failed for my incoming mail server and outgoing it took too long for SMTP.

I dont know whats going on. I changed my password and it keeps this error. My email is rafaelmaia@gtasst.com
