Error importing iCal URL into Google Calendar

Error importing iCal URL into Google Calendar

I'm trying to share my calendar with my boyfriend who is using Google Calendar.  I sent him a URL generated by the backend of Zoho and when he pasted the link, he received the following: 

"Settings Error
Could not fetch the url because robots.txt prevents us from crawling the url."

Anyone know how to solve this?
