Error in importing leads

Hi,
I am trying to import leads from an excel sheet and I don't get any error message but no of records imported/ignored/skipped all are zero (0).

But when I look at the 'Import History' I see the import has failed.

Is there any location or message on which column the import failed or which value triggered the crash??
