error in null data file

This is the second time I have written to you asking for help with importing campaign data, a generic not so useful message of Error importing the null file, and have not received a response. I created a test file with the same named fields and populated every value in the event the error was being triggered by a null value, but still receive the same error. I'm trying to explore this product as a solution for our company but without this basic ability I can't in good conscience do so.
