Error in Potentials Settings

Hi, when I edit the "Page Layout" for the Potentials, I can't save my edit. Whrn I click save the program redirect me to the Potentials section (not in the setup section) and I see a blank screen. If it could be helpful for you, I paste it the link that I see when I click Save:
