When trying to launch a new task with the "Related To" field linked to an Accounts record, the search icon (magnifying glass) does not open the popup screen to search the record.
If I use the "Related to" field to link in other modules, the search system works normally.
I've tried using another browser, clearing cache and all the usual support requests.
I even tried to contact the support chat, where I was treated very poorly. Your support has very qualified people, but in the last few months I have suffered a lot with inefficient support. I've been using the zoho tool since 2010 and I confess that older users should have better support.
