One of my users is getting the error Mail Rate Exceeded Limit.  But when I checked the logs under troubleshooting tab I don't see any of the accounts blocked. I'm already checking the user's computer to figure it out what's going on. None the less it would be helpful that you can let me know the exact reason for the lock to better know what I'm dealing with.
