Error making email templates

Error, when you go over 32,000 characters in a template, you can never recover from it no matter how much you delete. Forget Outlook integration that does not work, how about just working with Word. Simple things like cut and paste, resizing photos and being able to copy a template. Forget trying to mess with new things like Twitter and Facebook and focus on making the core product work. This still is like a DOS program after all of these years.

How about a preview of a letter that is not in a 1" high box?

I waste so much time trying to do anything other than the very basic aspects of the CRM program. Just wasted an hour writing a letter that I had to throw away due to your 32,000 character error.

You have too many products, jack of all trades, master of none! time for a REAL update.
