I am the Super Admin and just set up our companies account. I added 4 people. Two have successfully been added to CRM, one has not responded to his email yet, but the last person, our CEO, is getting the following email:
Since you are already a part of SecuritiNet's CRM account and you are the only active user in that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation.
To accept this invitation you need to,

I deleted the CEO and tried adding him again and he still gets the same email.
He has never had a ZOHO account before. We don't understand what the problem is or how to resolve it. I am concerned about following the instructions to Delete the SecuritiNet CRM account as I don't want to build the account again and add users that are already on there now. Attached is a copy of the email he is getting and a picture of what I have currently set up in Zoho for Users & Permissions.
Any help would be appreciated. If I can't get the CEO on there I suspect we will just move on to another system.
