Error message - setting up account in mail

Error message - setting up account in mail

I am receiving the following error mesage when I attempt to set-up my pop account in Zoho Mail.

Error Message:
Connect failed; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: connection to pop.protmc.com timed out

I'm not seeing this referenced anywhere else in the forum. Can you help me with this?
