Error message - Something went wrong with authorization
Has anyone encountered the error in the Contact record in CRM for the WorkDrive folders? The section that previously showed folders and files in WorkDrive for the contact no longer show. There is just an error message
“Something went wrong
with the Authorization. Please contact support@zohocrm.com. The support response was to follow the marketplace and contact the developer for support. I have done that but
vighnesh.s@zohomail.com never responds. I send an email every week but no response. Has anyone else encountered this issue and been able to resolve it? I have checked and no updates are needed. We can go to the file structure and access all the files, so they are there it is just some type of connection issue for all our users.
