Error message: This email address XXX@YYY.com has been found to be in an inactive state in QQQ organization.

We are testing Zoho Campaigns, and we are experiencing users getting this error message when they try to use the Sign-Up form.

It is not the case that these emails are in an inactive state.

Can someone explain why this is happening?
