Error Message When Inviting Someone To Zoho Mail In Our Organization

We have been using gmail in conjunction with zoho but are now wanting to switch to use zoho as our email client instead.  We are using the same domain name @thehireconnection.net and have already verified ownership.  As we began adding new users, most were added with minimal problems but two came back with the same error message (different email addresses of course) and I am not sure what it means, nor are the individual users.  Did anyone else encounter this and how did you rectify the situation?  I will link the error message and email addresses below....
