I have already created a group and have included users to it. (Used the Groups feature on the Control Panel to do this).
In the mail feature when I am trying to use 'Add to groups' feature of a mail it is giving me the following error:
"No groups in your Organization"
The group already exists under the Groups feature. Am I missing something?! I need to forward the email received by the mail account to be forwarded to a group of people. How to do that?
How can I solve this problem?
