Error on Signup - ResourceException: AS102: ResourceException: AS102: SPAM

As per this forum post here, I get the exact same results for 'takeyourpineapplesout.com' that I'm trying to register for a friend. I get the same AS102 message in network inspector. Any chance I can have that fixed too? Thanks in advance!
