ERROR Potentials - The action that you intend to perform is not possible The record you are trying to access has been deleted and moved to the Recycle Bin. To view and restore the record, click here.

I was attempting to update a potential and when I saved it gave this error. To be sure it was not a problem with that particular potential I tried to change and save a different record, the same thing happened.
 
Please let me know if this is a system wide problem that is being looked at or a problem with my data base.
