Error prompt when accessing our service desk portal

Hi Team,

We are all experiencing an issue whereby all of our users accessing the service desk are getting the following error:



It doesnt go away despite clicking on the X. You have to click on the X a few times before it goes away.

I have cleared browser cache and cookies and have restarted the computer, but the error persists. Please can you advise?
