Error receiving emails from specific address

Hello, our systems have an e-mail address ( integraciones@hotelesmedina.com) (it's outside of Zoho) dedicated to send notifications to me (my Zoho e-mail account) and my clients. It sends a lot of emails daily and lately I'm receiving this error when emails are sent to me:

I have checked my e-mail policy and added the email (integraciones@hotelesmedina.com) to the white list but no success. Could you help me?
