Could you please lift the block on our account?

We are not a marketing company but a fanclub, so we don't require campaigns etc. We are simply trying to send out a notice of an Annual General Meeting for all our members (146 people) with a small document attachment of an agenda.

We only tend to send maybe 1 mail to multiple people per month, but this is the most important mailout.
