Urgent issue: Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked.
Hi there,
after my support tickets are still left unanswered, I'm trying my luck here:
The email accounts in my organization have all been blocked from sending out emails (Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked). No idea why. We moved our email accounts over to Zoho recently, and there has been no suspicious activity detected on our end.
I therefore ask you to kindly unblock the accounts.
