I have a customer who has emailed a request directly to one of my Support Agents and we're trying to figure out if there is a way to copy & paste text & an image(s) all at the same time into a comment on an existing or new ticket. Currently when he tries to copy & paste the image with the text out of the email only the text shows & there is a blank box/error where the image is supposed to be.  right now the only way i can make this image show is if I paste a screenshot of the text and image, but  then I need to create multiple screenshots because it is more than what fits on a single screen.
