Error when sending email from crm app from android app

Error when sending email from crm app from android app

I have a Google apps domain and have enabled crm and purchased the mail and mobile addons for my users. In the past we were able to send email through the crm, but now we are receiving a "unable to send mail, verify that the name and value is appropriate error. Can't figure this out. Help.

Everything appears to be configured correctly.
