Error while linking Zoho Oath to QNTRL

Error while linking Zoho Oath to QNTRL

We are on Zoho One. When I try to connect to add ZohoBooks Invoice Read access to QNTRL via Zoho OAuth I get the following error: 
Error while performing action
Your organization does not have permission to access connections. Please contract the respective service team to gain access.
