error while processing zoho emails

error while processing zoho emails

Several times today when I have tried to send an e-mail it tells me that there is an "error while processing." We also aren't emails, i checked our Google account where it pulls them from and we have email received but there is nothing in zoho.

we use googles SMTP and POP, i have changed this to outlook as a test and also got the same error.

Please can you find out what the issue is?
