I've got a renegade e-mail that will not download to my Outlook mail. I logged in manually to Zoho and do not have any new messages online. But Outlook is advising I have one. When I click the SEND/RETRIEVE button, it advises it begins RETRIEVING 1 OF 1... eventually, it times out and I get an error message that says:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mailpop.zoho.com', Server: 'mailpop.zoho.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
Is there a way to clear this "cache" and delete that piece of e-mail that seems to be getting hung up for some reason?? I tried deleting my Zoho POP3 account from Outlook. Then I set it up again hoping that would somehow do the trick and it is still there.
Anyone have any ideas????? Help??
