I was getting an error regarding my character count. Templates has a 200,000 character limit. My document was only 2300 words and it was producing the error.

I had copied and pasted a section into my template that i had pulled from my Word document. Typically i will copy from word, past into Notepad (on a pc) and then paste it into the template editor.

The one section that I had not done that was producing the error.

So in the future, if you get this error, do not copy and paste from Word to the Editor - copy and paste into a text editor and then copy that and paste it into the template editor. It will save you a lot of headaches.

I am speaking of the template editor in the CRM>SetUp>Templates
