Hi Zoho,
Just left a voice message with Zoho Mail support (who have never answered a live call). For the past 45 minutes or so we haven't been able to send any emails out of Zoho Mai.
Error when hovering red exclamation mark in outbox is one of two:
Reason:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: timestamp check failed
OR
Message could not be sent from Outbox for a long time. Edit and try to send manually.
We use Custom SMTP (gmail) servers and I don't think the problem is on the Google side as I was able to successfully send mail from the native Gmail environment for the same email.
Anyone else having this problem?
