Essential Features - Tasks
Two essential features from the simple Google Tasks which could be added to Zoho.
1. Indentation of tasks for nested lists.
This simple feature adds so much power in the way it allows you to organise your ideas.
2. Notes (or descriptions) are displayed in smaller text under the task in list view.
Again a simple feature that adds much needed information at a glance.
Categories are a good feature for separating Personal from Work or Sales from Accounting but in my way of working I want to list the tasks I am working on in groups of about 4-6 tasks. For example - "Build a website" contains "Obtain graphics" and "Speak with designer", etc. I am finding if I just have "Speak with designer" as a task it gets lost in amongst other tasks and I do not know how I am going towards my larger goal of "Build a website".
