Am I missing something? How do I get replies to estimates and such to go back to the Sales Person who sent it?  Every estimate reply, acceptance, etc.. goes to our general email which goes to me(owner) and the Office Manager, which we then have to forward it to the salesman so he knows he actually won the deal and then go from there.  Even when we select who the email is coming from in the drop down, if they accept the estimate the notice still only goes to our main inbox and not to the salesman in question.
