Our pottery wholesale business is heavily inventory based. We are planning to switch from Quickbooks to Zoho Inventory which will be a great improvement on the "sales" side for in-house sales and salesreps. The only thing we are missing in Zoho Inventory is the ability to make Quotes or Estimates for customers. After quotes are accepted, the normal process follows with sales orders and invoices. I know we could use Zoho CRM for Quotes but we don't really use CRM, we have a few larger customers with large orders.
