I see in your security policy  https://www.zoho.com/security.html that you are EU Safe Harbour compliant.

Unfortunately, Safe Harbour is not valid any more. 

EU companies (like mine) need to have privacy sensitive information (and CRM data is privacy sensitive!) hosted on servers in the EU with the EU data privacy clause signed between client and vendor.

What's your policy on this? 

If you are not compliant to EU data privacy legislation, EU companies are not allowed to use your services.
