Evaluations feedback

Hi guys! Following our laws in Canada, we have to keep every interviews in our database for years. The way the system works, whenever we want to make a change in our questions, it changes every interviews in the past. My suggestion is this: when we save an interview entry, it can't be change. That woul allows us to keep a clean list of evaluations and not to archive every time we want to make a change for a new hirering process I know that there's the possibility to download the entry, but it would take too long to do with every candidat. That would be very helpfull! Thanks! Rosemarie
