Event's "Link (web URL)" is not viewable from private address for calendar

Event's "Link (web URL)" is not viewable from private address for calendar

I have enabled a private address for a calendar.  I logged onto Zoho calendar and created an event on that calendar.  The event shows up when viewed using the private address.  However, the "Link (web URL)" for the event is not viewable from the private address.  In contrast, the "Link (web URL)" *is* viewable after logging into my Zoho account.  What can I do to make the "Link (web URL)" viewable from the private address?  Thank you!
