Eventbrite Integration with ZohoCRM
Has anyone successfully integrated Eventbrite with Zoho CRM who could share how it's working for them? We have a mature Eventbrite account (several years of completed events plus many live events presently), and I have set up and synced with our Zoho CRM, but I'd like to know more about the expected behavior. There seems to be scant documentation, however. Questions I have:
If I merge a contact that was created via Eventbrite Sync with an existing contact in my database, will a subsequent sync with Eventbrite overwrite my changes?
If I delete an event in Eventbrite, will this delete the associated data in Zoho CRM on the next sync?
Many of our events have the exact same name in Eventbrite, and I noticed that all of the attendees for different dates of these events are reported in Zoho CRM as participating in the first dated event. Is there no way to join the campaign particpants on the eventbrite event id rather than the event name? Or is there something I'm not understanding about how this works.
