I do a lot of webinars with prospects in my Leads list. I'm finding there are some features for the Events in Zoho CRM that would be really useful:
1. Add a main tab at the top of the screens for Events, not just Activities. I have to go into Activities then select my Events views. Would save a lot of time.
2. I use the Invitees section for registering leads for the webinars. It would be alot easier if you could click the name of a person in the Invitees section and go directly to their profile.
3. It would be great if you could Mass Email the people listed in the Invitees section.
Love Zoho...and these would make things much easier.
