We invest in a CRM system and expect it to have robust calendar features and functions, but to the contrary we find it so bad it is disrupting business activities:
- Events not showing up on Host or Participant Calendars
- Virtually impossible to add/see or otherwise manage participants invites to events.
- Event invitations are fix and can't be modified.
- Event invitations get caught up in SPAM.
- There are multiple instances of the 'Are you Going' in the Event email and only one of them seems to work when clicked. This seems to be a root cause for not getting participant feedback that they are indeed coming or participating.
- Inbound Calendar invitation not getting posted to Calendars
- Time Zones not adjusting properly on meetings.
- Having to set the time of an event in the time zone it's being held rather than the Creators time zone.
- Not being able to make events private
- When user try using zmail and zcalendar, the CRM integration is almost a manual where events, meetings, tasks need to be manually created. This holds true for the email/calendar capabilities in CRM.
- Event's not showing up on Weekly and Monthy calendar view when multiple users are adding to them.
- etc.....
- etc........
